Born and raised in small town Wisconsin, Jessi Swenty gained her love for cooking as a child spending time with her grandma on the weekends. In high school, she was asked to teach a summer-school class, helping elementary kids learn to cook. From 2018-2021, Jessi attended Auburn University, working towards her degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on restaurants. Towards the end of her college career, she began an internship at SpringHouse. She has since been promoted to sous chef by Chef Pete and continues to expand her culinary knowledge and contribute new ideas to the team.
