There is no better companion to summer than a fresh seafood meal. Crab claws are a favorite around SpringHouse, and this easy recipe will have guests coming back for more!
1 lb. cooked blue crab claws
zest of 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange
2 bay leaves
2 Arbol chiles
1/4 cup good-quality olive oil
pinch of salt and fresh black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass mixing bowl. Toss very well to ensure crab claws are fully coated in marinade. Allow the claws to sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
