Roseena is an ancient Persian term for “a beautiful woman who naturally smells of roses.” A favorite since their first release, the Maysara Roseena showcases a brilliant pink rose hue. The balance of mouth feel, acidity and crisp clean finish allows it to pair with everything from sushi to barbecue to spicy Thai noodles. Chef Rob recommends pairing the Roseena with his Roasted Springer Mountain Chicken with basmati rice salad, strawberries, nicoise olives, scallions and lemon vinaigrette .
