Special Events and Catering Manager

Caitlin Grace, a native of Marietta, Georgia, is the Catering and Special Events Manager for SpringHouse in Alexander City, Alabama. Grace got her first taste of the food and beverage industry at age of 16 while working in restaurants during high school, and decided to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Auburn University.

 

During Grace’s senior year in college, she interned for Moore’s Mill Country Club in their events department, and immediately fell in love with event planning. Following graduation, Grace was offered a position as Event Coordinator and Assistant Restaurant Manager for Amsterdam Café in Auburn, a

sister business to Moore’s Mill Country Club. Grace then joined the SpringHouse team in May of 2016 as a server, before being promoted to the restaurant’s Catering and Special Events Manager.

 

In her current role, Grace has many behind-the-scenes responsibilities. In addition to planning and executing all catering and private event operations for SpringHouse, Grace oversees dining room reservations and serves as a point of contact for customer relations.

 

When she’s not in the office, you can find Grace spending time with her golden retriever, Marley, enjoying a day on Lake Martin, or hiking through Russell Forest.
