The El Verano is our take on a summertime tequila based cocktail, with a twist!
Fresh grapefruit juice provides an acidic base for the Espolón Tequila Blanco to thrive. Dolin Blanc vermouth gives depth, and the Mexican marigold makes El Verano, Spanish for "The Summer", a simple, yet refreshing SpringHouse cocktail.
1.75 oz. Espolón Tequila Blanco
1 oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth
.75 oz. Mexican marigold syrup
2 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
Shake, and pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a sprig of Mexican marigold.
